While I don’t typically run payroll for the businesses I support, I can help you with setting up payroll with a new provider, paying contractors and creating 1099’s at year end and ensuring your books accurately reflect your payroll expenses.

For those businesses that need more help with vendor invoices, customer billing and payment processing. Services include: customer invoicing and collections follow-up. Entry and payments to vendors and help with cash flow management.

Just starting out? I can help set-up your Quickbooks account to include everything you need to get started. This service includes: creating a customized chart of accounts, linking your credit cards and bank accounts, adding customers, vendors and products specific to your business and training and best practices to maintain a clean and accurate set of books.
